  • I worked for 25 in the recruiting industry. The first ten were as a recruiter for two national recruiting firms, and the last 15 were as a founder of two successful firms.
  • Since 2018, I’ve been a recruiting industry coach and advisor and constantly help people solve problems that hinder their success.
  • For the past 10 + years, I’ve done a great deal of training, development, and research on how to optimize performance and productivity.
