Why I Started a Recruiting-Focused Mastermind Group
As a founder in two successful recruiting firms, challenges were never-ending: the problems with clients, candidates, employees, and running a business never stopped. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find qualified, outside perspectives to talk to about my challenges. I was often unsure of what to do. I frequently thought I had the right answers when I didn’t!
I needed the information and perspectives of people who understood my world. I desired the knowledge, wisdom, and insights that only other recruiting firm owners could provide. I wanted to know about other tools, technologies, and tactics that could provide my firm a competitive edge. I also knew I lacked the extra accountability and encouragement that would nudge me to take action on things that I typically put off.
In essence, I wanted a group of “peer advisors” to help me better navigate the ups and downs of the recruiting business.
